About
EV charging infrastructure is broken. Installations are expensive, inflexible, and limited by grid constraints. We started Stone Charging Solutions to fix that.
We’re a Finnish startup building the next generation of EV charging from first principles. Our products are modular, surface-installed, and deploy in hours. We design and manufacture everything in Finland, backed by deep battery technology expertise.
Our first product (eRail) is launching soon, with additional products in the pipeline for 2026. Early marketing has already generated significant interest from both individual customers and major industry players.

Role
This is the first sales role in the company. You’ll own the entire sales function from outbound prospecting to closing deals. You’ll be backed by a strong marketing and technical team and products with clear economic and technological advantages. This is independent work. We give you the tools and backing and you own the results.
Your tasks will include:
- Reaching out to prospective customers: property owners, fleet operators, hotels, commercial sites, workplaces
- Responding to inbound leads and moving them through the funnel fast
- Running the full sales cycle: first contact, needs analysis, proposal, negotiation, close
- Building partnerships with installers, resellers, and other relevant players
- Helping shape how we go to market
- Representing Stone at events and trade shows
Who we’re looking for
- A few years of B2B sales experience selling technical solutions or services
- Ability to explain technical products clearly to non-technical buyers
- EV charging, electrical, energy, or construction industry background is a strong plus
- Drive and initiative, i.e. you pick up the phone without waiting for permission
- Strong Finnish communication skills. English and other languages are a plus
