Delivery

The scope of delivery is agreed on a case-by-case basis and may include charging hardware, system configuration, commissioning, and access to the software platform. Installation is carried out by Stone Charging Solutions Oy (“Stone”) or its certified partners. Delivery timelines and installation details are agreed separately for each project.

Installation

Installations are typically completed within one working day and usually require no groundwork, unless otherwise agreed due to site-specific conditions.

Software

The delivered system includes access to software for monitoring charging, managing users, and setting pricing and access rules.

Pricing

Pricing is based on the agreed configuration and scope of delivery. All prices are stated excluding VAT unless otherwise noted.

Leasing and financing

Leasing and financing solutions are provided by Siemens Financial Services Ab under a separate agreement between the customer and Siemens Financial Services.

Stone supplies the equipment and related services but is not a party to the leasing agreement.

Warranty and liability

Stone provides a limited warranty on delivered hardware in accordance with applicable product documentation. Stone’s liability is limited to direct damages and to the value of the delivered equipment, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland.
